Held at Higgins Heritage Park at Wakefield, this annual show is hosted by the Nelson Vintage Engine & machinery Club.  

Hosted by the Wairarapa Machinery Club, this event is held every 4 years. It has now been moved to 2023 Located at the Clareville Showgrounds, Carterton    

The Karaka Historical Society in consultation with the Vintage Engine Restorers Association (VERA) held the first Karaka Vintage Day in September 2000. The event was so successful it became the biennial event it is today. From rides in vintage and classic cars, to pony rides. From catapults and tractor pulls, to bouncy castles and live music. This community event is now a wonderful fixture on the local calendar enjoyed by all. The Karaka Vintage Day for 2023 has been Cancelled.

Hosted by the Taupo Model Railway Club, this event is now in its 27th year. Although this event is a railway orientated exhibition, it features many other model & hobby displays & trade sellers.
